Elevating My Skincare Routine
For me, beauty has always been about intention. It’s not just about how you look in a specific moment, but how you take care of yourself over time.
Investing in my skin has become a priority, not from a place of correction, but from prevention, balance and long-term well-being.
Over the past years, I’ve been exploring a more elevated approach to skincare through treatments that focus on deep hydration, skin quality and subtle refinement. It’s about enhancing what’s already there, feeling confident in your own skin, and building a routine that supports you from within.
Recently, I’ve also discovered a few new products that I’ve been testing over the past weeks, and I have to say, they’ve been incredible on my skin.

To prepare and feel my best, I visited Beautouch Med Spa in Miami, where Dr. Sara designed a fully personalized treatment plan focused on improving skin quality, firmness, and overall radiance.
We began with an Extreme Hydration Facial by Adri, the perfect first step to deeply nourish my skin, restore hydration levels, and create the ideal base for the medical treatments that followed.
It left my skin prepped, balanced, and ready to fully absorb everything that came next.
From there, Dr. Sara performed a series of advanced treatments tailored to my skin’s needs. She applied hyper-diluted Radiesse, a powerful biostimulator that works by activating your body’s natural collagen production. What I love about it is that it enhances firmness and texture over time without adding volume, creating a very natural, refined result.
We also incorporated Salmon DNA, which is incredible for skin regeneration. It helps improve hydration, elasticity, and gives the skin that healthy, luminous glow from within, something I always look for.
To softly smooth expression lines while maintaining a completely natural look, Dr. Sara used Botox in a very subtle, controlled way. The goal was never to freeze, but to enhance.
And for the lips, we used Versa Lips to create a balanced, elegant volume, defined but still effortless and true to my features.
Overall, Beautouch created a holistic approach that not only enhanced how my skin looks, but how I feel. It’s about investing in yourself in a way that feels intentional, natural, and elevated.
