Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week
We arrived in Barcelona on the first day, a city I had visited before, but hadn’t returned to in quite some time. After checking into our hotel, we changed, took a moment to rest, and then headed straight to the fitting.
As you know, I was in Barcelona invited by mi amor, my dear friend, designer Stéphane Rolland, someone I deeply admire. I arrived with so much excitement, knowing this would be nothing short of an extraordinary show.
For the show, I had the honor of wearing two incredible looks from Stéphane Rolland’s archive. The first, a striking golden cape paired with the most exquisite accessories, delicate stones in warm brown tones blended with gold, creating something truly unforgettable.
The second look was nothing short of iconic, previously worn by Coco Rocha in a show I have been and absolutely fallen in love with. A dream bridal moment, elevated by an extraordinary headpiece that made the entire look feel almost surreal.

DAY 2 - SHOW DAY
The day of the show is always incredibly special to me, filled with a quiet sense of excitement.
I make a conscious effort to take care of myself, to slow down, and to be as present as possible.
I focus on resting, staying well hydrated, and keeping everything light, both physically and mentally..
so I can feel completely aligned and prepared for the runway.
It’s my way of finding balance before stepping into such an important moment.
It was my very first time walking in Barcelona, and in Spain, which made it even more special.
The runway itself was one of the longest I’ve ever walked in my career, so as always, it felt like a challenge… but one I was truly excited about.
We arrived at the venue around 5:30 in the afternoon, Fira Barcelona. where the show would take place.
The atmosphere backstage was electric: a large team of makeup artists, stylists, and industry professionals all working in sync, along with multiple interviews that you’ll soon see featured across Spanish media.
Everything built up to that moment… when the energy shifts and everything starts to feel real.
The show unfolded as a true celebration of artistry, emotion, and craftsmanship, far beyond a traditional runway presentation.
From the very first moment, it felt like stepping into a living symphony, where fashion, music, and light moved in perfect harmony.
At the heart of the experience was the breathtaking live orchestra, whose presence transformed the atmosphere into something deeply immersive. Each note echoed through the space, elevating every step on the runway and turning each look into a moment of pure emotion.
The collection itself explored a delicate balance between strength and romanticism, sculptural silhouettes, fluid fabrics, and ethereal volumes that seemed to float with every movement. There was a sense of lightness, almost poetic, as if the garments were not just worn, but felt.
Every detail, from the dramatic trains to the softness of the materials, spoke of a refined vision of couture, one that celebrates femininity, elegance, and transformation.
It wasn’t just a show; it was a complete sensory experience, where fashion became a language of emotion.
The day after
-After such an unforgettable show, many of you asked if I attended any others shows during Bridal Fashion Week. And I did… Wona concept & Eva Lender show, the show took place in what felt like a magical garden, making the entire experience even more special.
-Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to attend the vendors stand at the trade show due to time constraints, something I truly would have loved.
-When it comes to the bridal trends that stood out to me this season, there is a clear direction toward refined minimalism.. yet with a sculptural, structured edge. Romantic, modern, and undeniably regal silhouettes dominated the runway, with beautifully defined waists that enhance the feminine form. Corsetry, in particular, continues to be a defining element, and as someone who absolutely loves corsets, it was one of the trends I connected with the most.

Although my time in Barcelona was quite short, Spain is a place I always love coming back to, its people, its energy, and of course, its incredible gastronomy.
I managed to visit one of my favorite restaurants, enjoy the soft spring weather, take in the view of La Sagrada Familia from my hotel, and simply slow down for a moment in the sun.
Not nearly enough time… so I already know I’ll have to come back.
Many of you also asked if I did any shopping while in Barcelona, and the answer is not much this time. However, I did find one dress that I absolutely fell in love with… and I’m excited to share it with you here.
